On Monday your tech, Jason, came and did the tune up of my furnace.  I wanted to let you know that he was very professional and did not make me feel stupid.  Having the furnace serviced always gets put on the back burner and before you know it 20 years go by.  He did a wonderful job and explained the dangers we were putting ourselves into.  I wanted to let you know you have a very good employee working for you!
